Carole Ann Konczyk, passed away peacefully with her husband, Ken Konczyk, by her bedside at Northwest Community Hospital (Journey Hospice Care) o November 9, 2015.

Carole was born to the late William and Margaret Daletski on March 24, 1941.  She is survived by her beloved husband Ken, her loving children Patricia Konczyk, Diane (Glen) Kraft and Brian (Michelle) Konczyk; her cherished grandchildren Matthew and Kaitlyn Kraft, and Baby Konczyk; her dear brothers William Daletski of St. Augustine, Florida, and the late Richard (Anne) Daletski.

Carole’s philosophy throughout her life was Live simply; Love generously; Care deeply; Speak kindly; and leave the rest to God.  She believed strongly in God’s divine goodness, mercy, and compassion.  Her grieving family loves her and believes that she now lives joyfully in the kingdom of God.

Visitation Friday from 9:30 AM until time of Funeral Mass 10:30 AM, at St. Raymond de Penafort Church (Lincoln St. at Rt. 83) Mt. Prospect. Interment at All Saints Cemetery.
